  ABOUT THE SPEAKER

  Sujatha (Su) Rayburn has worked in IT and the Data & Analytics industry for over 25 years and is currently the Vice President of Information Management & Analytics for Delta Community Credit Union (DCCU), where she leads data analytics strategy and execution. As an experienced executive, Su has expertise in building and leading cross-industry teams in successfully implementing innovative data and analytics solutions. Su started her career as a Chartered Accountant in India and quickly realized her passion and talent for creating innovative solutions with data analytics. Before DCCU, she was responsible for providing valuable insight and leadership at Equifax and has also held various contributor and leadership roles at esteemed organizations such as Cox Automotive and GE. In addition to her day job, Su is a semi-professional Indian classical music singer. Su has a Doctorate in Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Masters in Information Systems from Arizona State University. She is a regular contributor and speaker at leading industry, trade conferences, and webinars.

  As the founder of Data Strategy Professionals, Nicole Janeway has helped thousands of data professionals in their preparation for the Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) Exam through email courses, notes, practice questions, monthly study sessions, and community. Nicole is a Data Strategist with a background in machine learning, as well as experience as a Commercial and Federal Strategy and Operations Consultant. She provided data science solutions and data strategy consulting to the U.S. government. She is proficient in Python, SQL, React, Node, and Express. Her business experience includes web and mobile development, natural language processing (NLP), cloud computing, statistical testing, pricing analysis, and ETL processes.

  John is a Certified Data Management Professional with extensive global experience leading enterprise-level technology and data initiatives. John's unique blend of business knowledge and technical expertise enables him to engage teams at all organizational levels. He has led data-driven decision implementations with companies such as The Home Depot, Macy's, JP Morgan, Teradata, and GE-Plastics. He is recognized by DAMA for a Master-level pass of the CDMP Fundamentals Exam.
